We’re cleaning out the archives and finding quite a bit of footage that we’ve never released. First up, here’s an interview with Bryan Glass and Michael Avon Oeming that we conducted back at Wizard World Philadelphia ‘07. They tell us all about their then upcoming series: Mice Templar. I followed this one because of VE reviews. Also turned me onto Powers, which I rather enjoy. Any Mouse Guard comparisons are ridiculous. The only similarities are mice and swords. But I like both for different reasons.

oh come on you didn’t like the wolverine movie? it was awesome what with the plot holes to the later X-men series, the poorly done cgi blades, the lack of explanation to back story, the horrible take on dead pool, and other amazeing points in the movie. Wait a f*&$(%ng minute that movie sucked balls and for more reasons than just that but, oh don’t you worry, i’m sure i’ll get a chance to tell you what i really thought about it.

Hey guys big new for me I started my own reviews but not about comics Ive done them on tiny toons and I dont know if you have see them but i did my own little 5 second movie I did it on the spirit you can watch them on blip.tv under the name of mastawolf. Just search the name up and tell me what you think i dont quite have the camera or editing quality of kevin yet but i think ill get it sooner or later. I plan on doing chronicles of riddick dark fury the thirty minute moive they made before the second moive tell me what you guys think of it and kevin maybe you could if you want to put my spirit video up on the site you would really like it. Anyway i hope everything in dirty jersey is ok for you guys and i now know what the presure is to get a video out and still have it look half decent mine still look like crap compared to your though but you know what im saying. So the show is not going to happen and kevin doesnt replie to us but that dosent mean that we cant still talk about comics here on the site Like have any if you been keeping up with fight for the cowl who thinks bruce is reallly dead and who is ready to see how dick is going to batman anyway the only way this is going to work is if us the talkers keep up the conversaion because it is not going to come from variant edition. You know kevin it not just that you dont replie its that none of the others have ever made a post on here and that has let us all down in the end.

All you guys need to switch to iFanboy asap. Now those are some guys who have there shit together. There is no contest. Best comic related/review site & podcasts on the net. An absolute must. I love(d) Variant Edition while it lasted, but this is a week to week medium - you must absolutely stay CURRENT!!!
It’s like I said way back during last falls VE hiatus, “You guys (VE) are great. But when it comes right down to it - you either do it or don’t do it. Period. There is no sometimes. And the fact remains - everyone has time to dedicate to their favorite things/hobbies. Don’t say you don’t have time to do the show - you do - you just have other stuff instead. That’s all fine. Just stop the show then.
All in all, I’ll reiterate, I love the show. Wish you guys would come back. Just don’t tease. You’re either full in or full out.
Give iFanboy a chance for your fix, VE fans.

you sholud jus do a final pisoder or make ur self a monthly podcast cause thers not much point in doin weekly one that dosent come weekly if i want sumthing to be late ill got to my comic shop u should just do an hour long episode wer each of u review their favourite trades say 3 each variant edition was a good show but now its dead so just killll it
